Throughout his 30-year career, Mark has led cross-functional teams in the aerospace and medical industries, overseeing complex hardware and software projects. He excels in guiding initiatives through their full life cycle - from concept to deployment - utilizing agile methodologies and innovative technologies to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Mark combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to foster innovation in the ever-evolving technology landscape.
Sebastian Stavar, Chief Operations Officer
Sebastian is a visionary technology leader with over 22 years of experience solving complex business challenges through innovative solutions. As Chief Operations Officer at ESX, Inc., he oversees critical operations, integrating AI-assisted methodologies and cloud technologies to develop flexible and scalable software solutions.
Throughout his career, Sebastian has launched over 150 successful client implementations and managed multiple data center migrations. Renowned for simplifying complexity, he drives digital transformation through data-driven decisions and collaborative partnerships.
Sebastian holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from the University of Bucharest, Romania. His technical expertise and strategic vision enable him to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth.
Mark Conroy, Chief Technology Officer
Mark Conroy brings over 44 years of experience delivering high-technology solutions through a unique blend of computer hardware and software expertise. With 32 years immersed in startup environments, he has mastered navigating the complexities of the ever-evolving IT landscape, consistently providing cost-effective, scalable, and risk-mitigated solutions. His expertise spans digital transformation, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership.
During his 23-year tenure at HealthHelp, Mark spearheaded the development of a secure and robust IT platform that significantly enhanced the company's growth and operational efficiency. Before joining HealthHelp, he co-founded ESX Engineering, serving as Vice President of a healthcare and internet-focused IT consulting firm, where he advanced digital innovation and transformation. Earlier in his career, as Director of Software Development and Engineering at Physix, he led the creation of physician workflow software, improving clinical efficiency through technology.
A Houston native, Mark attended the University of Houston College of Technology. He continues to leverage his deep technical expertise to embrace emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration in the IT sector.
Aaron Bennington, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Aaron is a sales and marketing executive with over 15 years of experience driving growth and innovation. At ESX Inc., he oversees product development, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, client creative services, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and site implementation. Dedicated to keeping ESX Inc. at the forefront of technology, Aaron continually adopts the latest web technologies and digital marketing strategies.
With extensive expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, JavaScript, and other web development tools, Aaron combines technical proficiency with a deep understanding of digital marketing - including SEO, social media strategy, content marketing, and data analytics.
